American Sentinel University and the Colorado Hospital Association named Janel Webb, RN, BSN, ICU/Clinical Education and ICU Manager at Delta County Memorial Hospital, as a Colorado Health Care Stars Award winner. This statewide health care professional award recognizes industry professionals who exceed expectations. Webb’s supervisor, Jody Roeber, said Webb has helped Delta Hospital develop a comprehensive clinical education program in addition to her duties as ICU manager and is a remarkable nurse. Webb was instrumental in the development of the hospital’s Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Basic Life Support courses, enabling the institution to keep those services in-house.
