As of September 1, all new referrals for Options Counseling, Information and Assistance sent to Region 10 are sent to Volunteers of America (VOA) AdvantAge. This is includes all referrals from local hospitals, health and human services, rehabilitation facilities, etc. Anyone needing application assistance will also need to be referred to the VOA. VOA AdvantAge has offices in both Montrose (121 N. Park Ave.) and Delta (350 Stafford Lane). Both offices are open the third Tuesday of the month from 1-4 p.m. and the second Wednesday of the month from 9 a.m. to noon. Customers may set up appointments by calling 417-2668.
