Mini Med School will improve your understanding of the human body and help you take charge of your health.

Free lectures take place on the University of Colorado’s Anschutz Medical Campus in Aurora and are broadcast to sites across Colorado where anyone can watch (and interact) via live video feed. Each presentation includes an hour on the evening's topic, followed by a half-hour question and answer session. Visit Grand Mesa Oncology Center’s Crag Crest classroom at Delta County Memorial Hospital on Wednesdays from 7-8:30 p.m. through November 1 for these lectures.

The October 4 lecture by Nichole Zehnder, MD, focuses on topics in medicine. On October 11, James Hill, MD, will discuss the science behind permanent weight loss. On October 18, Matt West, MD, will discuss neurology. The October 25 lecture features Katherine Bakes, MD, and focuses on emergency medicine. Register at fastfor.ms/A9CD2.
