This six-week educational program is designed to help family caregivers take care of themselves while caring for a relative or friend. Whether it’s helping a parent, spouse, friend or someone who lives at home, in a nursing home, or across the country, this is the class for you. Classes are from 1-3:30 p.m. on Wednesdays from March 14 through April 18. Classes are located at Region 10 in Montrose. Suggested donation is $25. Registration is required. Call Sandy at 765-3131.
