Colorado breaks ground on Western Slope veterans' OneSource

A state-owned, former Colorado National Guard armory in Grand Junction is the future home of the Western Region OneSource, which will help serve the needs of more than 40,000 Colorado service members, veterans, and their families who live in the 24 counties along the Western Slope.

The Adjutant General of Colorado U.S. Air Force Maj. Gen. Michael Loh said, "The addition of a Western Region OneSource will centralize resources under one roof, making it easier for those who serve or have served, and their families, to take that first step in obtaining assistance."

The OneSource is scheduled to open its doors in May 2019. The DMVA is seeking sponsorships to cover the cost of furniture and equipment. For more information about partnership and sponsorship opportunities, visit www.colorado.gov/DMVA/WROS.
