Since introducing the “Mission: Affordable” season pass in spring 2018, Powderhorn has already seen 56 percent growth in sales of season pass units over the 2017-18 season. More impressive, 60 percent of “Mission: Affordable” season pass buyers haven’t previously owned passes. Unchanged for the upcoming winter, season passes will continue to be offered: adult pass for $399, children’s passes starting at $49 for 5 and under, junior passes for age 6 to 12, and a 10 percent discount to families purchasing passes together. Powderhorn is also introducing the Mission: Affordable Learn to Ski FREE program, which includes three sessions for beginner skiers and riders ages 5 and older, plus a free EZ Rider lift ticket and rental equipment.
