Senior Day at the Fair was a great success. Hundreds of seniors turned out in 100-degree heat for their chance to win $1,000 playing BEACON Bingo, which was called by the Grand Junction Senior Recreation Center and sponsored by The Lodge at Grand Junction and SummitWest Care. Many walked away winners, including two lucky players who each won $240.

Pinnacle Hearing Center sponsored arts and crafts projects and participants were serenaded by several local music acts. Some came to the fair by bus, while others brought their grandkids and took photos with their rock art.
