Calling all artists:

The Colorado Association for Viticulture & Enology (CAVE) is excited to announce the call for entries for the 2020 Colorado Winefest Art Contest. CAVE invites all 2D artists from around the state to submit their artwork for a chance at becoming the 2020 Colorado Winefest Poster Artist! Entries should represent the growing Colorado wine industry.

The deadline to apply is January 3, 2020.

The Blue Pig Gallery in Palisade will host the Artists’ Opening Reception on January 31 from 5:30-7:30 p.m., where the winner will be announced. The winner will receive a cash prize of $700 (to include all exclusive reproduction rights and copyrights) as well as extensive nationwide publicity and promotion by becoming the official Commemorative Poster Artist of the 29th Annual Colorado Mountain Winefest.

The winning artwork will be featured on wine totes, T-shirts, posters, brochures, as well as local and nationwide print and digital marketing. Interested artists should provide us with their best wine-themed art now or before the deadline.
