Every year, the Colorado Association for Viticulture & Enology (CAVE) invites 2D artists from around Colorado to submit their artwork for a chance at becoming the official Colorado Winefest Poster Artist. This year’s contest featured 28 entries from across the state—a new record! The winning piece, “Colorado Uncorked” by Rob Childerston, will represent the 29th annual Colorado Mountain Winefest presented by The Grand Junction Group in Palisade, September 17-20, 2020. “Colorado Uncorked” will be featured on wine totes, T-shirts, posters, brochures as well as local and nationwide print and digital marketing. Other top winners included:

Second Place: “Spirit of Palisade” by Tamra Hollis

Third Place: “My Roots Are In Colorado” by Mary Pat Ettinger  

Fourth Place: “Colorado Vineyards” by Jessica Chevalier
