While good customer service can sometimes be hard to find, these coveted awards recognize that elite group of locales selected for their people, products and services that make your life easier. Nominate your favorite people or places in 20 categories. By casting your ballot, you are automatically entered into a drawing for a gift card to one of your favorite local places.

When do I find out if I’ve won a gift card?

Make sure to include your phone number and email on the ballot so we can contact you. Gift card winners will be notified in January.

What does it mean to be named BEACON Best?

BEACON Best distinguishes the extraordinary from the ordinary in terms of people, customer service and quality products and services as chosen by Western Slope boomers and seniors.  

What’s in it for me?

A plaque, exposure to our readers and social media followers (and your clients), and bragging rights attesting to the fact that Western Slope seniors agree that you are the best at what you do!

When will the winners be announced?

Winners will be announced in a special section in February’s BEACON, but we’ll contact you for a photo with your award prior to publication.

Contest rules:

• One entry per person. One vote per category.

• Entries must be clearly printed.

• Entries must include voter’s name, address and phone number.

• Entries become the property of the BEACON, which reserves the right to publish nominations in an upcoming issue.

• Entries must be received by December 31. Winners will be published in the February BEACON.
