Montrose Regional Health adds automated CPR system

Montrose Regional Health (MRH) has added the ZOLL AutoPulse NXT Resuscitation System to its cardiology services, a device that delivers continuous, hands-free chest compressions during cardiac arrest. MRH said the system will be used in the catheterization lab during cases requiring advanced imaging and intervention, allowing CPR to continue without interruption while staff focus on lifesaving care. The purchase was supported by grant funding that covered 75% of the cost, including support from the Mabel Y. Hughes Charitable Trust and the Western Regional EMS and Trauma Advisory Council.
