Business Incubator Center marks 40 years of helping entrepreneurs
Business Incubator Center kicked off its 40th anniversary celebration at Ramblebine Brewing Company. The evening included the release of a commemorative beer, “BIC BIC Hooray!” the launch of the BIC Alumni Network and recognition of founders and early leaders Allen Munro, Barbara Creasman, Laura Bradford and Pat Tucker with BIC Legacy Awards. The late George Wheeler, a founder and longtime community champion, was also honored. Since 1986, BIC has helped create more than 14,500 jobs, supported $207.6 million in capital formation and generated $679 million in increased regional sales.
