We focus on balance to prevent falls, relaxing the body, and calming the mind.

We meet at north end of Sherwood Park. Wear comfortable clothing and shoes that support your balance.
Tai Chi has numerous health benefits including brain health, improved balance and leg strength, and provides a healthy social network. It helps prevent falling as well.
