Join us on Mondays at 3:00 p.m. Remember to wear loose and comfortable clothing. Please arrive at 2:45 to get settled in.
If you have a yoga mat, you are welcome to bring it. Otherwise we have plenty to share and often times will not need them :)
Drop-In Class - $8/class 5 Class Punch Pass - $25 100% of the class fees go to UUCGV's general operating fund to support church programming.
We also have a pay-it-forward jar, so if the class fee is unavailable to you, you are still encouraged to join us!
Chair yoga is perfect for people who are new to yoga or who have mobility issues. It can help increase flexibility and strength, as well as improve balance and coordination. Additionally, it can help reduce stress and anxiety levels. Chair yoga is also a great practice for enhancing the mind-body connection through gentle movement and harnessing the power of your breath.
