Chair yoga is perfect for people who are new to yoga or who have mobility issues. It can help increase flexibility and strength, as well as improve balance and coordination.
Join us on Mondays at 3:00 p.m. Remember to wear loose and comfortable clothing. If you have a yoga mat, you are welcome to bring it.
