This is a gently-guided, self-paced class to increase awareness, mindfulness, and aesthetic appreciation. 

Great for both artists and "so-called" non-artists, too!

No art experience is required, but artists will discover new sparks and pathways for engagement in an already established practice.

This twelve-week practice only meets once per month, but the work continues weekly on one's own between each meeting session.
