Arguing the affirmative is William Perry Pendley, Former Director of the Bureau of Land Management in the Trump Administration. Arguing the negative is Mary Jo Rugwell, President, Public Lands Foundation; Former State Director, Bureau of Land Management, WY. Moderator is Amber Duke, Senior Editor, Daily Caller; Cohost of Rising at The Hill TV; Tony Blankley Fellow, Steamboat Institute.
