Black Canyon Quilt Show

The annual Black Canyon Quilt Show will be held in Montrose on July 10—12 at the Montrose Pavilion. See 150+ quilts, shop the vendors and Guild Boutique, purchase raffle tickets, take classes.

The 29th annual Black Canyon Quilt Show, to be held on July 10—12, 2026 at the Montrose Pavilion, 1800 Pavilion Dr., Montrose, CO will feature 150+ quilts, assorted vendors, scissor sharpening, a boutique with handmade “quilty” items, and a raffle quilt. Charisma Horton, nationally known quilt artist, magazine contributor, long armer and pattern designer will be teaching her”Big Blooms" full day workshop on Friday, July 10. On Saturday, July 11 she will teach her “Penny Notes” hand embroidery class and present an afternoon lecture and trunk show entitled “The Journey as a Designer.” Raffle tickets for the gorgeous quilt, designed by quilt artist Edyta Sitar, made by Guild members, and quilted by Gale Smith, may be purchased at the show for $5.00 each or 5 for $20.00. For the first time, assorted Food Trucks will be on Pavilion premesis for the convenience of show visitors. Show hours are 9—5 on Friday and Saturday; 10—3:30 on Sunday.
