Cranberry Jam

No need for pectin! Take advantage of the fresh cranberries still in stores, and make this easy cranberry jam. Enjoy it on toast, in sandwiches - even with ice cream!
Servings: 2.5 pints

3 pounds cranberries, fresh or frozen1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
