The Lodge at Grand Junction Senior Living announces Darrell Fenimore as the new Director of Culinary Services. Fenimore will work with dining room and kitchen staff to provide seniors and their guests with a unique and pleasurable culinary experience at Grand Junction’s newest senior living community. Born in Merced, California, Fenimore began his career in dining hospitality at a young age. As a teen, he worked at the Coffee Pot, a mom-and-pop restaurant in New Hampshire where he was promoted from dishwasher to line cook at just 16 years old. Darrell has since honed his craft in dining services, where he enjoys creating genuinely unforgettable culinary environments for others.
