1 tbsp. olive oil

1 tbsp. butter

1/2 onion, thinly sliced

2 cups sliced mushrooms

2 cloves grated/minced garlic

4 pieces crumbled cooked bacon

2 bags of baby spinach, cleaned

Salt and Pepper

Squeeze of fresh lemon

1/2 tsp Sriracha (optional)
